A gun that was reportedly stolen from Indiana was found inside the men's restroom at Littlefield Express, 100 Goodgame St., on Thursday, according to a report from the Camden Police Department.
The report said the gun was found by a customer who told CPD Officer Daisy Smith, "Someone left a gun or a taser in the male bathroom on the toilet paper dispenser."
Smith located the weapon, a "Taurus PT 738CP in black soft holster," and ran the serial number through ACIC and according to the report the gun came back as being stolen from Indiana.
The report said Smith reviewed the security footage and was able to determine the last individual to enter the restroom before the customer who reported finding the weapon was a, "black male wearing blue jeans and a grey shirt," and he was driving, "a white tractor trailer."
