The Camden Fairview Cardinals (5-2, 3-1) made quick work out of the De Queen Leopards on Homecoming with a 63-6 win.

The Cardinals led 49-0 at the half which initiated the sportsmanship rule to go into effect in the third quarter. Several of the JV Cardinals were able to get into the game in the second half and contribute to the win.

CF's defense was stingy throughout the entire night. Junior Zechariah Duhart recovered a fumble in the first quarter that set up a quick CF score. Then, Maliq Musa Dennis tallied a 50-yard pick-6.

Senior quarterback Darr'ell "Juney" Atkins Jr. was 11/11 in the air for 229 yards. Trent Haygood led the team in reception with 4 for 116 yards. Jordan Elliott and Will Henton tallied three catches each with Tristen Herndon have a big 32 yard reception in the game.

Justin Frazier and Jaden Porchia averaged over 9 yards per carry and combined for 11 carries for 109 yards. JV Quarterback Brodie Dow scored his first varsity touchdown on a quarterback keeper in the fourth quarter.
